摘要
目的探讨超声多普勒检查对干燥综合征的临床诊断价值。方法回顾性研究我院102例干燥综合征病例，分析其超声图像中腺体累及范围，二维图像特点及多普勒血流特点。结果所查询病例中诊断准确性及特异性均为100%，且超声表现有明确的特点。结论超声多普勒检查对于干燥综合征诊断有重要意义，具有无创、无辐射、简便易行、可反复操作等特点，易于被患者接受，是一种科学、可行的临床诊断方法。
Abstract
Objective Research the clinical value of Ultrasonic doppler to diagnosis Sjogren's syndrome. Methods Retrospective study in 102 patients with the medical institution dry syndrome cases, analysis of the ultrasonic image of the glands, 2D image characteristics, and the characteristics of Doppler flow. Results A query cases diagnosis accuracy and specificity are 100%. The sonographic findings have clear characteristics. Conclusion Ultrasonic Doppler check for SS has important significance. It has no trauma, no radiation, simple operation, can be repeated operation etc. It's a kind of scientific and feasible method for Sjogren's syndrome.
