摘要
目的探讨食管气管联合导管、联合喉罩应用于院前急救的疗效及价值。方法将近2年来我院心跳、呼吸骤停患者中选择有气管插管手术适应征的110例患者随机分为两组，研究组56例采用食管气管联合导管、联合喉罩法，对照组54例采取气管导管法，观察两组成功率、所需时间、并发症等。结果两组一次性插管成功率、所需时间、并发症等均有统计学差异，综合疗效研究组优于对照组。结论为保证操作迅速及减少操作失误率，建议使用食管气管联合导管、联合喉罩法，以保证患者心肺复苏的成功率。
Abstract
