摘要
目的探讨护理干预在手外伤术后功能康复中的影响。方法将2010年1月-2011年12月本院60例手外伤患者随机分为对照组(常规护理组)30例和观察组(强化护理干预组)各30例，比较两组患者护理干预2周后的康复锻炼效能感、心理状态评分及手功能评分。结果观察组护理干预后2周的康复锻炼效能感、心理状态评分及手功能评分均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论护理干预在手外伤术后功能康复中的影响较大，对患者的心理、手功能及治疗信心均发挥着积极的促进作用。
Abstract
Objective To study the influence of nursing intervention for the functional rehabilitation of patients after hand injury operation. Methods 60 patients with hand injury and treated with operation in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2011 were selected as research object, and they were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing group) 30 cases and observation group(intensive nursing group) 30 cases, then the rehabilitation exercise efficacy, mental state and hand function score of two groups before and after the nursing at 2nd week were compared. Results The rehabilitation exercise efficacy, mental state and hand function score of observation group after the nursing at 2nd week were all obviously then those of control group, there were all significant differences. Conclusion The influence of nursing intervention for the functional rehabilitation of patients after hand injury operation is great, and it plays a promoting role for the psychology, hand function and treatment confidence.
