摘要
目的了解妇女病发病情况，有效降低妇科疾病发病率，为制定妇女保健工作重点提供决策依据，为广大女性的身心健康提供保障。方法通过妇科双合诊、白带检查、宫颈刮片或宫颈膜式液基薄层细胞学检查、妇科B超等来了解妇科疾病的发病情况。结果妇科疾病的发病率居高不下；连续干预能有效降低宫颈疾病及盆腔炎性疾病的发病率；妇科疾病发病率与年龄有相关性。结论定期的、规范的妇女病普查是降低妇女病的发病率、维护女性身心健康的重要举措，是妇女保健工作中需长期坚持的重点工作之一。
Abstract
Objective To understand the incidence of gynecological diseases, to provide decision basis for women's health care, effectively reduce the incidence of gynaecology disease, which guarantees the physical and mental health of women. Methods Through the examination of gynaecology , leucorrhea check, cervical smear or Cervical Thinprep cytology test, B ultrasonic inspection of gynaecology to wait to understand the incidence of gynecological diseases. Results The incidence of disease of department of gynaecology is high. Continuous intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of cervical disease and pelvic inflammatory disease. The incidence of disease of department of gynaecology have correlation with age. Conclusion Regular, specification gynecological diseases census is a important measures to reduce the incidence of gynecological diseases and maintain women's physical and mental health, is the key of the women's health care work need insist for a long time.
