The clinical efficacy and safety of Unstable angina patients by Trimetazidine and metacentric particles
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of unstable angina patients by trimetazidine and metacentric particles. Methods Eighty-six unstable angina patients who were treated in general internal medicine of our hospital from December 2009 to December 2012 were chosen as the research objects, then patients were divided into group A(n=43) and group B(n=43) by using a random number table, patients in group A was given conventional treatment, patients in group B was given trimetazidine and metacentric particles on the basis of group A, the clinical efficacy and safety of two groups was evaluated. Results After fourteen days, the total efficient rate was higher in group B than that in group A(P<0.05), and there were no significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion The efficacy of unstable angina patients by trimetazidine and metacentric particles is affirmative, it is safe and reliable.
