Objective To investigate the application of replacement of cerebrospinal fluid in treating subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods Selected 50 cases patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to May 2013, divided them into Control group(conventional treatment) and Experimental group(replacement of cerebrospinal fluid), then compared the efficacy and recovery indicators of two groups. Results The effectiverate of experimental group was higher than that of control groups, compared with the control group, there was remarkable difference in the headache disappear time and consciousness turned clear time in experimental group, the incidence of complications in experimental group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Replacement of cerebrospinal fluid has a significant effects on treating subarachnoid hemorrhage, which was worthy of clinical widely.
