摘要
目的探讨耳内镜下止血绫贴补修复外伤性鼓膜穿孔的临床疗效。方法耳内镜下对32例外伤性鼓膜穿孔患者采用止血绫贴补进行修复。结果29例外伤性鼓膜穿孔一次性修复，3例因穿孔较大，贴补后仍留有较大穿孔，其中1例行二次贴补后完全修复，另2例行二次贴补也未能完全修复。一次性治愈率为90.60%，总有效率93.75%。结论耳内镜下应用止血绫贴补修复外伤性鼓膜穿孔操作易行、术野清晰、分辨率高、手术精细、创伤性小、安全可靠、术后恢复快、穿孔愈合率高，值得临床推广。
Abstract
Objective Discussion on endoscopic hemostatic Satin patch clinical curative effect of traumatic perforation of tympanic membrane. Methods Endoscopic perforation were treated by stanching Satin patch repair was performed in 32 cases of traumatic tympanic membrane. Results 29 cases of traumatic perforation of tympanic membrane perforation in 3 cases because of one-time repair, with larger, still remain after large perforation, including 1 cases of the two patch after complete repair in two cases, two supplement also failed to completely repair. Disposable cure rate is 90.60%, the total efficiency of 93.75%. Conclusion Perforation and easy operation, clear field of operation, high resolution, precise operation, traumatic small, safe and reliable, fast postoperative recovery, perforation healing rate application of stanching Satin patch repair of traumatic tympanic membrane under ear endoscope, is a kind of operation mode is worthy of clinical popularization.
