应用眉上下缘切口去皮术提升矫正上睑松垂的临床研究

摘要
目的探讨上眼睑松垂的治疗方法，以满足人们的生理、心理及美学要求。方法对36例上眼睑松垂患者采用眉上缘切口去皮术、眉下缘切口去皮术、眉上切口联合切开重睑术，分析其临床效果。结果36例患者均顺利完成手术，7d拆线，10-14d局部肿胀明显消退，3个月自然形态基本恢复。结论本法手术风险低，效果良好，易被患者接受。
Abstract
Objective To repair the patient upper eyelid relaxation by using adaptive local surgery. Methods The surgery of cutting-off extra skin from the parts of upper eyelid, lower eyelid or combined parts were conducted according to various clinical upper eyelid relaxations, and score the results. Results In total of 36 patients were conducted by local eyelid surgery, all of them have recovered ideal clinical repair and satisfied the patients. Conclusion The surgery of cutting-off extra skin from the parts of upper eyelid, lower eyelid or combined parts could be effective method for repairing upper eyelid relaxation.
