Explore of the clinical efficacy of Partial nephrectomy for renal tumors
Objective To study retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy for renal tumors clinical efficacy. Methods 92 cases of kidney cancer patients from March 2009 to March 2012 were studied. They were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, 46 patients in each group. Experimental group were used retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy for patients, the control group were used the traditional surgical approach for the treatment. Results The renal ischemia, hospitalization time and postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time of the experimental group were significantly shorter than the control group, the blood loss of the experimental group was significantly less than the control group, the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The complication of two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of roscopic partial nephrectomy for renal tumor is good, worthy of clinical application.
