Low doses of Nasopharynx Multislice spiral CT scanning of clinical research
Objective To study the low dose application of multislice CT scan in nasal pharyngeal and its clinical value. Methods 128 patients were randomly divided into A, B, C, D four groups, each group 32 cases, lines of conventional dose of 250mA and low doses of 100mA, 50mA, 30mA, spiral CT scan, comparing each image quality and radiation dose of the client. Results B, C, D group volume CT dose index(CTDIvol) and dose length product(DLP) was reduced by 64.16%, 82.08% and 64.16% respectively; Four groups was statistically difference between images, B and C image quality can meet the needs of the clinical diagnosis and treatment in both groups, group D image quality can not meet the diagnostic requirements. Conclusion 120kV, 50mA low-dose scan can not only ensure the quality of image of nose pharynx ministry, and can obviously reduce the radiation dose of client.
