摘要
儒家和法家思想是我国先秦时期哲学思想的杰出代表，尽管其核心理念和价值观截然不同，但如果能够适当地整合其精华和优势，运用到医院管理过程中，充分发挥法家“法治”思想的刚性治理作用和儒家“仁爱”思想的润滑调节作用，可在保障医疗安全、改善医患关系、促进学科发展、增强职工凝聚力等方面产生良好的效果。
Abstract
Both the Confucianism and the Legalist School are the outstanding representatives of the philosophy of the pre-Qin period. Though the core concepts are totally different, we still can integrate their advantages, that is the rule of law and the kindheartedness, in the management of hospital, which is beneficial to protect the safety of medical treatment, improve the doctor-patient relationship, promote the development of science, as well as enhance staff cohesion.
