Effect of incision, drainage and thread-drawing in treating 78 cases of perianal abscess
Objective To study the clinical curative effect of incision, drainage and thread-drawing in treating perianal abscess. Methods Patients with perianal abscess were collected as the research object and randomly divided into observation group and control group. Then curative effect and negative emotions were observed. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 97.44%, which was significantly higher than control group; HAMA score, HAMD score, NRS score were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The incision thread-drawing method has positive clinical value for it can significantly improve the treatment efficiency and alleviate negative mood.
