Objective To investigate the formation of shallow anterior chamber after glaucoma filtering the common factors and treatment measures. Methods March 2008 to March 2013 period Eye hospital treated 165 cases(189) using trabeculectomy in glaucoma patients, glaucoma patients in this group were given the composite nature of trabeculectomy with trabecular resection, analyze the formation of shallow anterior chamber after glaucoma filtering the cause, type and treatment measures. Results The group of 189 eyes, there are 63 in the filtration of shallow anterior chamber after symptoms appear, the rate was 33.33%(63/189). Conclusion Trabeculectomy triggered shallow anterior choroidal common factors, conjunctival flap leakage, drainage of aqueous humor through smooth and so, most patients can be cured by conservative treatment, some patients will need to be treated by surgery.
