摘要
目的评价硅油填充眼围手术期预防应用抗菌药物情况，为规范抗菌药物的合理应用提供依据。方法对65例(65眼)硅油填充眼围手术期预防性应用抗菌药物的用药指征、用药方法、给药途径、给药时间进行分析和评价。结果硅油填充眼围手术期局部抗菌眼药水滴眼使用率100.0%，全身应用抗菌药物使用率29.23%，无一例眼内炎发生。结论在严格的眼科专科无菌操作技术规范指导下，严格掌握抗菌药物的用药指征、用药方法、给药途径和给药时间，可以有效预防感染。
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the application of antibiotic drugs in perioperative eyes with silicone oil tamponade, and provide evidence for the application of antibiotics. Methods 65 cases (65 eyes) were selected. The indications of drug use, methods of drugs use, route of administration, and time of administration were analyzed and evaluated. Results The usage rate of local antibiotic eyedrops in perioperative eyes with silicone oil tamponade was 100%. The usage rate of systemic antibacterial drugs was 29.23%. No patients suffered from entophthalmia. Conclusion Under the guidance of strict aseptic technique in the department of ophthalmology, the indications of drug use, methods of drugs use, route of administration, and time of administration are mastered strictly. Thus, infection prevention could be done effectively.
