Application of quality control circle activity in the clinical teaching of ophthalmology nursing
Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle activity in the clinical teaching of ophthalmology nursing. Methods 56 nursing students were randomly divided into two groups, 28 students in the control group were received traditional teaching method, 28 students in the experimental group were given quality control circle activity during clinical teaching. Learning effects and the teaching job satisfaction were compared. Results The academic performance and teaching job satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Quality control circle activity can achieve good results in the clinical teaching of ophthalmology nursing, it is worth for promoting.
