摘要
目的探讨健康管理在原发性高血压社区防治中的应用效果。方法选择我社区中心2011年1月-2012年12月收治的200例高血压病患者作为观察对象，并进行临床分组，对照组常规随访，观察组给予健康管理干预，观察两组患者高血压病危险因素流行率、健康知识知晓率以及心理状态、生活质量等情况。结果与对照组相比，观察组除高血脂外，缺乏体育锻炼、心理压力、肥胖、咸食、吸烟以及酗酒等高血压病危险因素流行率有明显降低(P<0.05)，健康知识知晓率、心理状态、生活质量等方面明显改善(P<0.05)。结论健康管理在原发性高血压社区防治中具有良好的应用效果，能提高患者知识掌握程度，减少危险因素流行率，提高心理状态及生活质量。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of health management for the prevention and treatment of primary hypertension in community. Methods 200 cases of hypertension patients from January 2011 to December 2012 in our community center as observation objects, and the cases were divided into two groups, control group with routine follow-up, observation group was given health management intervention, observed two groups of patients with hypertension risk factors, prevalence rate, quality of life and psychological state of health knowledge etc. Results Health management intervention, observation group in addition to high blood lipids, hypertension risk, lack of physical exercise psychological pressure, obesity, salty food, smoking and alcohol and other factors prevalence rate were significantly decreased, compared with control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); after health management intervention in observation group, awareness, psychological state, quality of life were significantly better than control group in the health knowledge, the differences were significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Health management has good application effect of inessential hypertension in community prevention and treatment, can improve patient mastery of the knowledge of hypertension, to reduce the risk factors of hypertension prevalence rate, improve the quality of life and mental state.
