血清基质金属蛋白酶-9在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达与意义

摘要
目的：探讨血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达与意义。方法选取我院妇产科2011年11月-2012年12月经常规病理学诊断为子宫内膜腺癌肿瘤组织30例，因卵巢及输卵管良性病变行子宫全切术的正常子宫内膜组织25例为对照组。采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法检测MMP-9在子宫内膜腺癌中表达情况。结果子宫内膜腺癌组与对照组阳性表达率逐渐升高，有统计学差异；子宫内膜腺癌临床分期组间差异有统计学意义；子宫内膜腺癌病理分级组间有统计学差异。结论 MMP-9蛋白在子宫内膜腺癌与临床分期与病理分级密切相关。
Abstract
Objective To investigate expression and clinical significance of MMP-9 in endometrial adenocarcinoma. Method 30 cases were diagnosed as endometrial adenocarcinoma tumor tissue after a routine pathological diagnosis, 25 cases of normal endometrial tissue in control group underwent hysterectomy due to benign lesion in ovaries and fallopian tubes from November 2011 to December 2012.mRNA expression of MMP-9was determined by RT-PCR in endometrial adenocarcinoma. Results The positive rate of MMP-9 in endometrial adenocarcinoma was signicantly higher than those in control group. Comparsion of the different clinical stage groups was statistically significant. Statistical significance was also found in pathological grade groups. Conclusion MMP-9 expression is closely related to the clinical stage and pathological grade in endometrial adenocarcinoma.
