摘要
目的：探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病患者发生皮肤瘙痒的影响因素。方法对270例住院Ⅱ型糖尿病患者行皮肤瘙痒情况调查，统计分析患者发生皮肤瘙痒的影响因素。结果270例患者发生瘙痒症52例，发病率19.3%。经多因素Logistic回归分析，与发生瘙痒症相关的因素有年龄、空腹血糖水平和吸烟。结论年龄、空腹血糖水平和吸烟为糖尿病患者发生瘙痒的高危因素，临床要加以重视并规范相关措施，改善患者预后。
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the related factors in type-2 diabetes patients with pruritus. Methods A total of 270 type-2 diabetic inpatients admitted to retrospective analysed. Statistical analysis of patients with pruritus influencing factors. Results 270 cases of patients with pruritus in 52 cases, the incidence rate of 19.3%. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis, pruritus associated with the occurrence of three factors: age, fasting blood glucose levels and smoking. Conclusion Age, fasting blood glucose level, smoking are the related factors in elderly type-2 diabetes patients with pruritus.
