摘要
目的：研究针灸配合整脊手法在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的临床疗效。方法将2010年1月-2013年4月我院90例腰椎间盘突出患者随机分为两组各45例。对照组采用整脊疗法，实验组采用针灸配合整脊手法。结果治疗后，实验组各项症状评分明显高于对照组，临床总有效率明显高于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义。结论针灸配合整脊手法在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的临床疗效显著，值得推广应用。
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and chiropractic techniques in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 90 cases patients with lumbar disc herniation from January 2010 to April 2013 in our hospital were studied. They were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, 45 patients in each group. Control group were used chiropractic treatment to patients, the experimental group were used acupuncture and chiropractic techniques to treat the patient. Results After treatment, the symptom scores of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group, the clinical total effective rate of the experimental group patients was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of acupuncture and chiropractic techniques in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is significant, worthy of clinical application.
