Clinical Application of Uremic Clearance Granules In Chronic Renal Failure
Objective To investigate the efficiency of Uremic Clearance Granules on Chronic Renal Failure for 24h urinary protein excretion, renal function, blood fat and micro-inflammation state. Methods 169 patients with Chronic Renal Failure were randomly divided into control group, Medicinal Charcoal Tablets group and Uremic Clearance Granules group. Control group were given routine therapy alone, Medicinal Charcoal Tablets group were given routine therapy and Medicinal Charcoal Tablets, Uremic Clearance Granules group were given routine therapy and Uremic Clearance Granules, treatments were maintained for 8 weeks. Results Compared with control group and Medicinal Charcoal Tablets group, levels of 24h urinary protein excretion, renal function、blood fat and micro-inflammation state obviously decreased in Uremic Clearance Granules group after therapy(P<0.05). Compared with control group, levels of renal function obviously decreased, levels of 24h urinary protein excretion, blood fat and micro-inflammation state did not changed in Medicinal Charcoal Tablets group after therapy. Conclusion By means of decreasing levels of 24h urinary protein excretion、blood fat and micro-inflammation state, Uremic Clearance Granules can improve renal function and decrease probability of cardiovascular event、anaemia and malnourish.
