中药液中游泳对新生儿黄疸的预防效果分析

摘要
目的：评价中药液中游泳对新生儿黄疸的预防效果。方法将2012年1月-2012年12月863例新生儿分成两组，对照组411例行单纯性游泳；治疗组452例在新生儿的游泳液中加入由去黄疸药物熬制的中药液。对比出生7d后的血液胆红素水平及黄疸的发生率。结果两组相比较，治疗组血液胆红素水平较低，且黄疸的发生率也明显较低。结论在含有退黄中药的游泳液中游泳能有效预防新生儿黄疸的发生。
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the preventive effect of traditional Chinese medicine liquid swimming on neonatal jaundice. Methods 863 cases of neonatal in 2012 January-2012 year in December were divided into study group 452 cases and control group with 411 cases. The control group underwent simple swimming; research group was joined by jaundice drugs to boil Chinese traditional medicine liquid in the liquid of neonatal swimming. The incidence of blood bilirubin and jaundice compared with those born after 7 days. Results Compared the two groups, the study group of blood bilirubin level is low, and the incidence of jaundice was significantly lower. Conclusion In the occurrence of liquid containing swimming jaundice Chinese medicine can prevent neonatal jaundice effectively.
