肠套叠在B超下进行套叠整复的临床应用

摘要
目的：探讨B超下生理盐水灌肠诊治肠套叠的效果。方法 B超监视下采用生理盐水灌肠对肠套叠患儿进行整复术。结果213例患儿复位成功187例，手术治疗28例，无肠穿孔及死亡病例。结论 B超下生理盐水灌肠治疗肠套叠是安全有效的。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of saline enema in the treatment of pediatric intussusception under B-Mode Ultrasound. Methods Saline enema was performed in pediatric intussusception under B-Mode Ultrasound. Results Among 213 patients, 187 cases were reduction and 28 cases were given surgical treatment, no enterobrosis and death cases. Conclusion Saline enema procedure is safe and effective to treat acute intussusception in infants.
