鼻内镜下切除鼻腔鼻窦继发性内翻性乳头状瘤的疗效观察

摘要
目的：探讨鼻内镜手术对鼻腔鼻窦外伤后继发性内翻性乳头状瘤的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2011年3月-2013年3月经鼻内镜手术治疗的鼻腔鼻窦外伤后继发性内翻性乳头状瘤14例患者的临床资料。结果术后随访2-24个月，无复发病例。结论鼻内镜手术治疗鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤有效，外伤是内翻性乳头状瘤发病的重要刺激因素之一。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical application and curative effect observation of nasal endoscopic surgery in secondary sinonasal inverted papilloma from external injury. Method A retrospective analysis was performed in fourteen patients with sinonasal inverted papilloma who were operated by endoscopic surgery. Result There was no recurrence after follow up 2-24 months. Conclusion The nasal endoscopic surgery is a effective remedy to nverted sinonasal papilloma,and external injury is one of the important stimulating factors for inverted papilloma.
