目的：探讨益气活血中药联合胰岛素纱布湿敷治疗糖尿病足难治性溃疡的疗效和护理体会。方法将我院75例糖尿病足难治性溃疡患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组35例，治疗组给予中药煎剂湿敷，在此基础上用胰岛素8U喷洒于湿润的无菌纱布覆盖于创面，对照组仅给予清创、湿敷和无菌纱布包扎等处理，比较两组疗效并总结护理要点。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组，治疗组由黄期进展至红期的时间、总治愈时间均显著短于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药联合胰岛素纱布湿敷治疗糖尿病足难治性溃疡的疗效显著，加强临床护理，可缩短治愈时间，改善生活质量。
Effect of Chinese medicinal and insulin on refractory ulcer of diabetic foot and nursing
Objective To discuss effect of Chinese medicinal and insulin on refractory ulcer of diabetic foot and nursing. Methods 75 patients of diabetic foot were divided into two groups randomly. Patients in control group(n=35) were given conventional treatment while the treatment group(n=40) were given Chinese medicinal and insulin. Then the effect were compared between them. Results The Total effective rate was 95.00%. The two groups in clinical curative effect had significant difference. The epithelialization time and healing time in treatment group were significant lower than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Chinese medicinal and insulin can improve the clinical curative effect and nursing satisfaction, shorten the healing time, improve the quality of life.
