摘要
目的：研究Cyr61和Survivin在宫颈癌组织中表达的相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学MaxVisionTM法检测Cyr61、Survivin在20例正常宫颈组织、48例宫颈癌组织中的表达情况。结果 Cyr61、Survivin在宫颈癌组织中阳性表达率分别为41.67%、79.17%。在宫颈癌中，Cyr61的表达与Survivin的表达呈负相关(rs=-0.501，P=0.000)。结论在宫颈癌中，Cyr61表达与Survivin表达呈负相关。提示Cyr61表达可能通过诱导肿瘤细胞的凋亡，起到类似抑癌基因的作用。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of Cyr61and Survivin in cervical cancer, discusses their relationship. Methods This research colored 20 normal cervix and 48 cervical cancer tissues with Immunohistochemical method(MaxVisionTM), in order to detect the expression of Cyr61and Survivin in normal cervix and cervical cancer. Results The rates of Cyr61 and Survivin protein expression in cervical cancer tissues are respectively 41.67%, 79.17%. In cervical cancer, Cyr61 expression and Survivin expression have negative correlation(rs=-0.501, P=0.000). Conclusion Cyr61 expression negatively correlated with Survivin expression. indicating that Cyr61 may have similar apoptosis tumor-suppressor genes function by inducing the apoptosis of tumor cell.
