Serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and type 2 diabetic macrovascular Correlation
Objective To study the serum hs-CRP with T2DM relationship. Methods May 2011 -2012 during July, the relevant departments of the hospital admitted 120 patients with T2DM as the research object, and according to whether the concomitant macrovascular disease were randomly divided into two groups: large blood vessels associated with 62 Patients(A group), no concomitant macrovascular disease 58 cases(B group), the other to take over the same period 60 cases of healthy people as a control group(C group). Three groups of subjects serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein levels were measured to compare. Results Compared three groups of subjects serum hs-CRP levels, A grouP>B grouP> C group, a larger difference between the groups, with statistical significance. Conclusion The level of serum hs-CR in patients with T2DM with macrovascular disease has some predictive value.
