血必净联合乌司他丁治疗危重型多发伤合并重度感染临床应用评价

摘要
目的：探讨血必净联合乌司他丁在治疗危重型多发伤合并重度感染的临床疗效。方法将本院2009年3月-2012年3月间70例危重型多发伤病例随机分为常规治疗对照组和血必净联合乌司他丁治疗实验组各35例。观察临床症状和测定肝肾功能、血清IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α、降钙素原(PCT)和血清C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)。结果治疗后48h和120h两组血清IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α、PCT和hs-CRP均有降低(P<0.05)，实验组较对照组下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论血必净联合乌司他丁应用能有效降低危重型多发伤合并重度感染和脓毒症患者的炎症反应。
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects and clinical value of Xuebijing injection and Ulinastatin injection on severe infection and sepsis of patients with critical type multiple trauma. Methods 70 patients of critical type multiple trauma were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(35 cases) and control group(35 cases). Clinical effects were observed, and the hepatic and renal functions, IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α, PCT and hs-CRP. Results After treatment of 48 hours and 120 hours, the serum levels of IL-6, TNF-α, PCT and hs-CRP were reduced significantly in two groups(P<0.05); the degree of reduction were more significant in treatment groups than those in control groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of Xuebijing injection and Ulinastatin injection could significantly improve the inflammatory response in patients with critical type multiple trauma.
