摘要
目的：探讨臀肌挛缩症合并坐骨神经卡压的治疗体会。方法2007年6月-2011年6月对11例臀肌挛缩症行手术治疗，其中2例4臀合并明显的坐骨神经卡压，术中行彻底坐骨神经松解，病变均位于双侧。结果术后切口均Ⅰ期愈合。11例均获随访，术后末次随访患者臀肌挛缩体征消失，2例(4臀)下肢运动感觉障碍均得到改善，优良率92.86%。结论对于臀肌挛缩症合并坐骨神经卡压者，术中应在屈髋内旋位彻底松解坐骨神经卡压，改善坐骨神经张力，术后可取得满意疗效。
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical treatment and the observation of the curative effect of the gluteal muscle contracture with sciatic nerve entrapment. Methods From June 2007 to June 2011, 11 cases of gluteal muscle contracture were treated by surgery, 4 hips in 2 cases with obvious sciatic nerve entrapment, all of which had sciatic nerve released completely. All of the cases were located double glutea. Results All patients achieved healing by the first intention. Postoperative last follow-up in cases with gluteal muscle contracture signs disappear, 2 cases (four hips) with lower sensory dysfunction, decreased muscle strength were improved; with an excellent and good rate of 92.86%. Conclusion Thoroughly loosening the the contracture band and sciatic nerve with hip flexion, adduction and pronation, which has a positive effect after the operation.
