摘要
目的：研究服用阿司匹林对经尿道前列腺电切术(Turp)的影响。方法将高密市人民医院2012年1月-2013年6月126例Turp患者分为阿司匹林组(围手术期服用阿司匹林)、停止服用组(围手术期停止用阿司匹林)、未服用阿司匹林或抗凝剂组。比较两组前列腺重量、前列腺体积、手术持续时间、术中出血量、术后出血量、术后出血时间、30d内心脑血管并发症。结果阿司匹林组术后出血量明显多于其他组，心脑血管并发症只在停止服用组，差异有统计学意义。
Abstract
Objective Studying the effect to transurethral resection of prostate during taking the Asprin perioperation. Methods 126 patients from Gaomi People's Hospital undergoing Turp from Jan. 2012 to Jun. 2013. All datum are perspectiveness. Group 1: Taking Asprin during perioperative period; Group 2, stop taking Asprin during perioperative period; Group 3: not taking Asprin or anticoagulant. To compare the weight and volume of prostate, operating time, intraoperative bleeding amount, postoperative bleeding amount, postoperative bleeding time, and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications. within 30 days. Results There is significant difference. Postoperative bleeding amount in Group 1 is significantly more than the other two groups. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complication is found only in Group 2.
