The comparison of the clinical effects of Fructose Diphosphate(FDP) and cerebrolysin on hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy of neonatus
Objective To compare the clinical effects of Fructose Diphosphate and cerebrolysin on hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy of neonatus. Methods 130 patients for hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy were selected as research objects, and they were divided into FDP group and cerebrolysin group. Fructose Diphosphate was given to FDP group and cerebrolysin was given to cerebrolysin group to observe curative effect and complication. Results After treatment, there was a significant increase in NBNA score in each group, and the score of FDP group is higher than cerebrolysin group(P<0.05). The significant efficiency and effective rate of FDP group is higher than cerebrolysin group. There was no serious complication during the treatment and two group all completed the treatment successfully. Conclusion FDP has a better therapeutic effect on hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy of neonatus than cerebrolysin. It is worthy of application and promotion in clinic.
