Cyclophosphamide pulse therapy in 120 cases of elderly patients with bullous sex skin disease blood picture level and corresponding infection
Objective To analysis of cyclophosphamide pulse therapy was applied to the curative effect of elderly patients with bullous sex skin disease and the patient's level of blood picture change and infection. Methods To collect the hospital dermatology treated by 240 cases of elderly patients with bullous skin disease, and randomly divided into two groups, the control group 120 cases of using glucocorticoid treatment, experimental group 120 cases of shock therapy with cyclophosphamide, comparative analysis of two kinds of treatment in patients with routine blood levels and the corresponding infection status. Results The total effective rate in experimental group was higher than the control group. Before and after treatment, two groups of average total number of white blood cell and neutrophil count, not statistically significant. Conclusion Cyclophosphamide pulse used in the treatment of senile bulla sex skin disease effect is exact, safe and reliable, it is worth application. Therefore in the treatment process should pay attention to the prevention of infection.
