Analysis on the case of nasal complication of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and diagnosis and treatment methods of complication of NPC after radiotherapy. Methods Nasal hemorrhage with NPC after radiotherapy NB in 1 patients, NB and sinusitis in 1 cases, to diagnosis and treatment. And retrospectively analyzed the etiology and treatment of 2 patients. Results The patients in multiple packing invalid using endoscopic NE by electric coagulation hemostasis, the curative effect was distinct, and were followed up for one year without recurrence. Patients took NE two laser hemostasis, had remarkable curative effect and the use of antibiotics in treatment of sinusitis, nasal irrigation, follow-up no recurrence. Conclusion Laser and electric coagulation hemostasis with energy efficiency in the treatment of NPC after radiotherapy NB application under NE, the treatment of sinusitis, nasal cavity flushing of antibiotics combined effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
