Analysis of epidemic situation of infectious diseases in 2009-2011 year in a general hospital
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of infectious disease in a provincial general hospital, and to provide the scientific basis for the research hospital infectious disease prevention measures. Methods The information of infectious disease epidemic situation in 2009-2011 year in hospital was analyzed by description epidemiological methods. Results There was no category A infectious disease in 2009-2011 year, There were 23 kinds of 2138 cases of infectious diseases of B-class, C-class and other key monitoring, timely report rate was 99.30%;Reporting of infectious diseases top five were respectively 1417 cases(66.28%) of hepatitis B, 239 cases(11.18%) of hepatitis C, 127 cases(5.94%) of syphilis, 125 patients(5.85%) of pulmonary tuberculosis, 50 cases(2.34%) of bacterial dysentery, accounting for 91.59% of the total number of the report; Sexually transmitted diseases, a total of 148 reported cases of HIV/AIDS, accounting for 6.92% of the total. Conclusion Hepatitis B, hepatitis C, sexually transmitted diseases, tuberculosis, bacterial dysentery and other communicable diseases are the focus of disease prevention work in hospital.
