前列腺癌中Hedgehog信号通路的表达及意义

目的:探讨前列腺癌(Prostate Carcinoma)、癌旁前列腺组织中Hedgehog(Hh)信号通路相关因子mRNA的表达及意义。方法采用逆转录聚合酶链式反应(reverse anscription Polymerase Chain Reaction,RT-PCR)方法检测32例前列腺癌、癌旁前列腺组织中Shh、Ptc和Gli1 mRNA的表达。结果 Shh、Ptc和Gli1 mRNA在前列腺癌组织中的表达均高于癌旁组织(P <0.05),Shh与Ptc的表达呈正相关(P <0.05)。结论在前列腺癌Hh信号通路中Shh、Ptc和Gli1mRNA呈现高度表达状态,存在Hedgehog信号通路的激活现象,Gli1表达上调促进前列腺癌细胞的增殖和分化以及前列腺癌的发生和发展。
Prostate carcinoma expression and significance of Hedgehog signal pathway
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of some key effective proteins from Hedgehog(Hh) signaling pathway in human prostate carcinoma, para-carcinoma tissues. Methods Utilizing reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction, the tissue samples from 32 cases prostate carcinoma and para-carcinoma were detected, and the expression of Shh, Ptc and Gli1 proteins were statistically analysed. Results The content of Shh, Ptcand Gli1 in Pca was markedly elevated compare with their corresponding adjacent normal tissues, the expression of Shhand Ptchave positive correlation and this correlation has statistical significance. Conclusion The elevate expression of Shh, Ptcand Gli1 and overactivation exists in the hedgehog signaling pathway in Pca, Gli1 raise express promote prostate cancer cell proliferation and differentiation, and raise the promote prostate cancer occurrence and development.
