摘要
HER-2在许多恶性肿瘤组织中均有不同程度的高表达，其与胃癌的发生、转移、浸润及预后均有密切的关系，本文就HER-2与胃癌的关系以及其靶向治疗的发展及应用作一综述。
Abstract
In gastric cancer tissues HER-2 have different degree of expression,it was related to the attack、transfe r,infiltration of the gastric cancer. In the paper, it can tell us the relationship of between gastric cancer and HER-2, and the development and application of target therapy.
