Diagnostic value of the Electrocardiogram on Acute Inferior Myocardial Infarction Induced Angiosis
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of electrocardiogram on acute inferior myocardial infarction induced angiosis. Methods 40 cases of myocardial infarction patients who were admitted into our hospital from Jan. 2008 to Feb. 2012 were selected and performed the ECG and CAG inspection. Results When the ST segment of ECG was increased(Ⅲ>Ⅱ), the sensitivity of right coronary artery stenosis was 89.28%, while the specificity was 85.71%. On the contrary, When the ST segment decreased(avL>I), the sensitivity was 90.32%, the specificity was 85.74%. When the V1-2ST segment was not decreased, the sensitivity was 85.29%, the specificity was 73.68%. Conclusion The ECG can efficiently indicate the acute inferior myocardial infarction induced angiosis.
