Color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdominal pain
Objective Explore the color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdominal pain. Methods Selected from January 2010 to January 2010 admitted during the period of 80 patients with acute abdominal pain as the research object, after admission in patients with color doppler ultrasound, statistical diagnosis, the results compared with patients with confirmed diagnosis, statistics of color doppler ultrasound diagnostic accuracy rate. Results Confirmed the diagnosis is: gallstones cholecystitis of diagnosis accuracy rate 94.44%; acute pancreatitis of diagnosis accuracy rate 87.50%; Viscera rupture caused by trauma, the diagnosis accuracy rate 90.00%; acute appendicitis of diagnosis accuracy rate 100.00%; gastric perforation of diagnostic accuracy rate 91.67%; Gynecological acute abdomen of the diagnostic accuracy rate 90.91%, comprehensive diagnostic accuracy was 92.42%. Conclusion CDFI in diagnosis of acute abdominal disease high accuracy, simple operation, diagnosis rapidly, can provide the basis for clinical treatment.
