Analysis of XX city adults of hepatitis B active vaccine and influencing factors
Objective To analysis the influencing factors for Changsha city adults of hepatitis B active vaccine so as to provide a basis adult hepatitis B prevention and control strategies. Methods 769 adults residents aged 18-50 years were randomly selected and their status of hepatitis B vaccine vaccination and its influencing factors were investigated. Non-conditional logistic regression was adopted in data analysis. Results There were 292 adults vaccinated with hepatitis B vaccine among the 769 adults. Affect active hepatitis B vaccination main factors family income, age, vaccination convenient environment, surrounded by other hepatitis B patients(P <0.05); multivariate analysis showed that high per capita household monthly income, high education level, that affect the same table to eat inoculated environmental facilities, among adults aged 28-38 willing to take more adult hepatitis B vaccination. Conclusion Lacking of knowledge about hepatitis B, cost inconvenience of the vaccination are the main influencing factors of active vaccination of hepatitis B vaccine in adults of Changsha city.
