三甲医院医务人员知识产权认知及保护情况的调查与分析

摘要
目的：调查新疆三级甲等医院医务人员对知识产权认知及保护情况。方法采取分层抽样的方法抽取新疆部分三级甲等医院医务人员，并通过调查问卷的方式对医务人员在知识产权认知、知识产权保护以及知识产权需求等方面进行调查。结果医务人员对知识产权认知总体得分处于较低水平，在知识产权认知方面，医务人员在性别、学历上其差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)，在年龄、民族、职称和工作领域方面差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论医务人员对知识产权认知度普遍偏低，对知识产权法律法规知识掌握匮乏，保护意识不高。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the current acknowledge and protection status for intellectual property rights of medical staff in a triple hospital of Xinjiang. Methods The target triple hospitals were selected by sampling and a set of self-designed questionnaires about acknowledge, protection awareness and requirements of intellectual property rights was performed by staffs in these hospitals. Results The score of acknowledge and protection awareness of intellectual property rights in medical staff are quite low. For acknowledge of intellectual property rights, the gender and education differ significantly(P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the age, nationality, title and working area(P >0.05). Conclusion This study showed that the knowledge and the protection awareness of intellectual property rights of medical staffs are generally lower. The knowledge on intellectual property laws and rules is lack in medical staffs in triple hospital of Xinjiang.
