Single-arch laparoscopic biliary stone extraction for clinical studies
Objective To study the single-arch laparoscopic biliary lithotomy surgery feasibility in the treatment of gallbladder calculi. Methods Analysis of single-arch laparoscopic biliary lithotomy bao in 10 cases, intraoperative use by the umbilical hole placement multichannel cannula and s-shaped improved devices, absorbable sutures discontinuous padlocks full-thickness suture or continuous suture of gallbladder wall, exit devices at the same time remove calculi by the umbilical. Results 10 cases were successful, without postoperative hemorrhage, bile leakage, pain and other complications, no obvious surgery scar after healing, incision and beautiful. All patients received outpatient follow-up, currently no recurrent cases, effect is satisfactory. Conclusion Single-arch laparoscopic bile stone surgery safe and feasible, both to in addition to the stone and keep the function of gallbladder, no obvious surgery scar beautiful effect, can be in clinic.
