摘要
目的：观察腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿蒂扭转行保守性手术的近远期疗效。方法选取本院2009年1月-2012年12月间52例接受保守性手术的卵巢囊肿蒂扭转患者，回顾性分析术后近远期疗效和不良反应。同时选则45例健康的妇产科体检者作为对照组。结果术后患者恶心呕吐、下腹疼痛等症状获得改善；2周后侧卵巢血流恢复；4周后与健康体检者相比卵巢血流无统计学差异(P >0.05)，卵巢体积、雌性激素水平、卵泡发育情况也无统计学差异(P >0.05)。除了2例患者出现腹部切口感染外，其他患者均无切口感染、下肢静脉栓塞和肺栓塞等并发症。结论腹腔镜下保守性手术治疗卵巢囊肿蒂扭转安全有效，创伤小，近期、远期疗效均十分显著，值得临床推广。
Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of conservative laparoscopic surgery in treating torsion of ovarian cyst. Methods Choose 52 patients with ovarian cyst torsion who received conservative operation in the hospital from January 2009 to December 2012, at the same time, selected 45 healthy volunteers as control group. Results Patients with nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain and other symptoms improved after operation; 4 weeks later, compared with healthy subjects, ovarian blood flow had no statistical significance(P >0.05), ovarian volume, the female hormone, follicle development also had no statistical significance(P >0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic conservative operation treatment of pedicle torsion of ovarian cyst is safe and effective, less trauma, it is worth promoting in clinical practice.
