Clinical value in the diagnosis of schistosomiasis liver fibrosis of ultrasound and liver fibrosis index joint detection
Objective Analysis ultrasound of with indicators of hepatic fibrosis diagnosis for the joint detection of schistosomiasis liver fibrosis effect and application value. Method From 2007 to 2012 treated 615 cases of schistosomiasis diagnosis, the gold standard in the pathological diagnosis of liver fibrosis in patients with as case group, the rest of the patients as control group, respectively on two groups of patients with ultrasound, four indicators of liver fibrosis for testing analysis. Result Liver fibrosis grade Ⅱ, Ⅲ liver fibrosis indexes in patients with procollagen Ⅲ(PC-Ⅲ),COLⅣ(IV-C), laminin(LN) and hyaluronic acid(HA) values are higher than the control group with statistical significance;Liver fibrosis in patients with grade I of liver fibrosis indexes with the control PC-Ⅲ, Ⅳ-compared to the value of C, LN and HA no comparable, there was no statistically significant difference; Indicators of hepatic fibrosis and ultrasonic examination of liver fibrosis’s sensitivity is 94.53%, specificity is 96.27%, the coincidence rate is 96.61%. Conclusion Ultrasound is associated with indicators of hepatic fibrosis in the joint detection of schistosomiasis liver fibrosis has good diagnostic value.
