摘要
目的：探讨HCY与Hs-CRP在CHD发病中的作用。方法分别用循环酶法、免疫比浊法测定待检对象血清中HCY与Hs-CRP含量，比较各组间差别。结果 CHD患者血清HCY与Hs-CRP水平较对照组均显著升高(P <0.01)。AMI组患者血清HCY与Hs-CRP水平显著高于UAP组、SAP组(P <0.05)。结论血清HCY与Hs-CRP联合检测对预测和诊断CHD有一定的指导意义。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the significance of HCY level and Hs-CRP level in serum of patient with CHD. Methods The serum HCY level and Hs-CRP level were measured respectively by Enzymatic cycling and immunoturbidimetry. Differences between groups were compared. Results The level of HCY and Hs-CRP in serum of patient with CHD were significantly higher than that in control group(P <0.01). The level of HCY and Hs-CRP in serum of patient with AMI were significantly higher than that in UAP group and SAP group(P <0.05). Conclusion There are certain significance in joint detection of HCY and Hs-CRP in serum of patient with CHD.
