摘要
目的：通过1例头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠与二羟丙茶碱合并用药致心脏猝死案例的回顾性分析，讨论二者使用方法及配伍的合理性。方法抽取丹东市2010年发现的1例ADR死亡报告，回顾分析事件过程。结果存在药物使用不合理现象，二药联用增加药品不良反应。结论头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠与二羟丙茶碱合并用药增加心脏猝死的危险。
Abstract
Objective Through 1 case of cefoperazone sodium shu batan and diprophylline drug combination to sudden cardiac death cases were retrospectively analyzed, to discuss the rationality of the compatibility. Methods Extraction of dandong city in 2010 found that 1 case death(ADR) reports, review process. Results There is drug use unreasonable phenomenon, effectively combination increase adverse drug reactions. Conclusion Cefoperazone sodium batan and diprophylline combined drugs increase the risk of sudden cardiac death.
