Observation of the first aia effect of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation on the treatment of moderate and severe Anchovy gas poisoning in pre-hospital care
Objective To investigate the first and effece of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation on the treatment of moderate and severe serious Anchovy gas poisoning in pre-hospital care. Metheds Selected 61 moderate and severe Anchovy gas poisoning fishermen as the research object from April 2007 to Decenber 2012. Divided into the observation grop 31 fishermen and the controlled group 30 fishermen. Observation group's patients applied to NPPV Treatment namely when medical worker arrived, salvage method with the same conventional rescue. The controlled group's patients gave the high-concentration oxyen inspiration, other rescue measures with observation group. Compared with two group of patient's recovery time, the number of samples of invasive mechanical ventilation, arterial oxygen saturation, PaO2, PaCO2, times of hyperbaric oxygen, hospitalization time, efficacy. Result All observation indexs of observation group was better than controlled group(P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion If permissive conditiong, applied to NPPV treatment in the first time for Anchovy gas poisoning patiens. It′ smarked improve successful rescue rate, and improve patient′ s prognosis.
