摘要
目的：探讨老年糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的病情观察和护理方法。方法对65例老年糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果65例患者经精心治疗和护理，61例病情逐渐好转且治愈出院，4例病情无明显好转，总有效率93.8％。结论提高对老年糖尿病酮症酸中毒的认识，严密观察病情变化，细致全面的护理是帮助患者顺利度过危险期、提高疗效的重要手段。
Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing ways on elderly patients with diabetic ketoacidosis. Method Analyzing the clinical data of 65 elderly patients with diabetic ketoacidosis. Results Among those 65 elderly patients who accepted treatment and careful nursing, 61 patients improved gradually and were cured at end, 4 patients had no significant improvement. The total efficiency is 93.8%. Conclusion Improving the understanding of senile diabetic ketoacidosis, close observation, and careful nursing are important means to help patients get through the dangerous period and improve the curative effect.
