预见性护理在肺癌放疗所致急性放射性肺炎中的临床应用

摘要
目的：探讨预见性护理在肺癌放疗所致急性放射性肺炎中的临床应用效果。方法将52例肺癌放疗所致急性放射性肺炎患者随机分成两组各26例，对照组行常规护理，实验组进一步采取预见性护理措施，观察两组患者有效率和死亡率。结果52例患者均可评价疗效，实验组总有效率高于对照组，死亡率低于对照组(P <0.05)，预见性护理明显改善了患者的动脉血氧分压及动脉血氧合指数。结论预见性护理在肺癌放疗所致急性放射性肺炎的治疗中有显著疗效，可明显降低患者死亡率，值得临床推广。
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of foreseeable nursing in the aute radiation pneumonia caused by radiotherapy in patients of lung cancer. Methods 52 patients, who were confirmed the aute radiation pneumonia caused by radiotherapy in lung cancer, were randomly divided into the test group and control group. The patients in the control group were received routine nursing care. The test group received not only the routine nursing care, but also the foreseeable nursing. At last, to compare the total effective rate and mortality between the two groups. Results There was a remarkable difference in the total effective rate and mortality between the test group and the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The foreseeable nursing have evident clinic efficacy in treatment of the aute radiation pneumonia caused by radiotherapy in lung cancer.
