摘要
目的：探讨自动化设备对医院药房的影响，加快医院药房的自动化建设进程，提高医院病房的服务质量和管理水平。方法比较分析我院病房采用自动化设备前后的工作效率、准确率和劳动强度等服务质量，分析工作模式与管理模式的转变。结果自动化建设有效地改善了医院药房的服务质量，提高了药品调剂效率，加快了调剂流程，降低了工作人员的工作强度，全面提高了医院药房的服务质量和管理水平，值得进行推广。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the hospital pharmacy automation equipment impact, accelerate the process of building the hospital pharmacy automation, improve service quality in hospital wards and management level. Methods Comparative The efficiency, accuracy and quality of service of labor intensity of our hospital wards before and after the use of automated equipment were analyzed, as well as the work mode and management mode transformation. Results The automation can effectively improve the quality of service of the hospital pharmacy, dispensing drugs to improve the efficiency, speed up the adjustment process, reducing the work of the staff strength, and comprehensively improve the hospital pharmacy service quality and management level, it is worth to promote.
