To observe the curative effect of Tongxinluo capsule combined with amiodarone in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with frequent ventricular premature beat
Objective To observe the effects of Tongxinluo capsule combined with amiodarone in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD) complicated with frequent ventricular premature beat(PVC) clinical curative effect. Methods According to the random number table method in Department of Cardiology in our hospital treated 44 cases of CHD complicated with recurrent PVC were divided into control group and observation group, 22 cases in each. The control group were given oral amiodarone hydrochloride tablets, 1 tablets each time, 3 times/day, gradually reduce the number of drugs to 1 times/day; the patients in observation group were administrated Tongxinluo capsule, 3 capsules each time, 3 times/day, two groups after 6 courses of 180d. Close observation during treatment of patients in the two groups, blood pressure, heart rate, heart rate, electrocardiogram, 24h Holter electrocardiogram, adverse reactions and the improvement of clinical symptoms, blood and urine routine, periodic detection of thyroid function and the function of liver and kidney etc. Results After 6 course of treatment, clinical symptoms improved in the total effective rate was 90.9% and 81.8% in the observation group and the control, improve the 24h Holter ECG total effective rate were 95.5% and 86.4%, the incidence of adverse reactions were 9.1% and 18.2%, differences were statistically significance(P <0.05). Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule combined with amiodarone in treatment of CHD complicated with frequent positive PVC curative effect, high safety, and is worth in clinical application.
