Clinical effect comparison of carvedilol and betaloc in the treatment of senile stress hypertension
Objective To compare the clinical effect comparison of carvedilol and betaloc in the treatment of senile stress hypertension. Methods 114 cases of elderly senile stress hypertension were randomly divided into carvedilol treatment group(observation group) and betaloc treatment group(control group), 57 cases in each group, compared the clinical effect and recorded side effects. Results After treatment the blood pressure levels of cases were all better than before(P <0.05), cases in observation group was better than cases in the control group after treatment(P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reaction of patients in the observation group was 10.5%, 21.1% of patients in the control group, there had statistical significance(P <0.05). Conclusion Taking carvedilol in the treatment of senile stress hypertension had better clinical effect than betaloc, and has higher security, worthy of further clinical application.
